We offer Martial Arts and self-defence classes to everybody (aged 8 and above) of all abilities at our training facility located in Hedge End, Southampton. Classes are held at The 2000 Centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
As well as learning a traditional martial art like Choi Kwang Do, our fitness-orientated activities will enhance your body, mind and spirit.
Martial arts and self-defence classes are great for:
– Building confidence and self-esteem
– Getting fit
– Having fun!
PLEASE NOTE – Children are able to start classes at 5 years if accompanied by an adult or 8 years if unaccompanied. We also offer family martial arts classes so you can learn together with your children.

Choi Kwang Do was developed by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi between 1978 and 1987 and has proved to be the most effective martial arts system in the world.
